About Us

Partnership for Advancement of School Service-Providers, LLC (PASS) was formed with the mission of informing and empowering related service providers, teachers, families and others to support and facilitate the success of children in educational settings.

We accomplish this through professional development offerings, conferences, in-services, workshops, and consultation with individuals, groups, families and school systems.

Owners June Bunch, Jan Hollenbeck and Sharon Ray are authors of the "Guidelines for Provision of Occupational Therapy in Massachusetts Public Schools". For more information visit the Massachusetts Association for Occupational Therapy - MAOT website at

Sharon Ray, ScD, OTR/L is on the faculty at Stony Brook University. Dr. Ray is formerly of Tufts University, Department of Occupational Therapy where she developed their Certificate of Advanced Practice in School-based Occupational Therapy and teaches courses on school-based practice. She has many years of experience providing service in the school setting.

Jan Hollenbeck, OTD, OTR/L is the Coordinator of Related Services in a Massachusetts Public School System with a wide range of responsibilities including over-site of occupational and physical therapy, vision services, assistive technology, Section 504 and transition programming. Dr. Hollenbeck is developer and owner of, a web-based resource and community for occupational therapists in school-based practice. .

June Bunch, MS, OTR/L, MHA has extensive experience in program development and service provision in the public schools. She was a fellow in the MCH sponsored Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) Program. Ms. Bunch continues to represent Massachusetts in IDEA Partnership endeavors as an AOTA ASPIIRE Cadre member.
